About Me

Hi! I am Talal Zacharias Koch and I've been programming for over 10 years.

As a trained IT specialist in application development, I worked in the finance sector for 6 years.

My strong passion for game development has lead me to change my career and study Games Programming at the SAE Institute in Frankfurt for the last 2 years.


I've been constantly working in parallel on Project: Pioneer, my personal passion project.

Project: Pioneer

Project: Pioneer is an online action RPG with soul-like real time combat. Faithfully inspired by the classic Phantasy Star Online.

It's developed in Unity3D consisting of 2 programmers, and a composer.

CUBE is inspired by Captain Toad Treasure Tracker.

The gameplay consists of casual 3D Puzzles using perspective.

This simple and cute looking has a complicated Mission System its backbone, that allows the world to be build in front of the Player without loading times.

This project is a contender for the  SAE Award.

AWOL is a Procedurally Generated Third Person Dungeon Crawler, where you fight monsters and find keys to escape the alien temple.

It's the second project I developed and won an award at the yearly SAE Semester Showreel.

Dash!! is a single player parkour platformer where you build momentum to attack an enemy at the end of a track completing one round! The enemy will try to slow you down, if you stop completely, you lose!

It's the first project I delivered as part of my study at the SAE Institute Germany.

Waifu Workshop

In Waifu Workshop, up to four players battle each other to reach the utmost important goal of history: Building their own robot waifu!! The overall Goddess and Queen!

This fun multiplayer project resulted out of the Global Game Jam 2020!

In Senseless you perform rituals to sacrifice senses like seeing for powers, in order to solve dungeon puzzles. At the end awaits a mysterious artefact!
